You're welcome. This is why Bill recommends putting the crossovers on two separate boards, so you dont have to worry about this..

Arrange them like this:

Do you think if I stand up the small coil for the tweeters that will be suffice? There's a ton of hot glue holding the big one in.

Actually I just realized thats a stupid question lol :noob:

Ah, it's NOT MDF, it's styrofoam or similar. Got it. That explains a lot. LOL! Good luck; it's looking great so far!

I did mine at 30HZ, most use 10 volts.
LelandCrooks wrote:10-12 hrs is more than adequate. Don't worry about the voltage. I just turn up the amp until the excursion is almost at xmax, Do it slowly. If you hear ticking, it's too much.

Yep, +1. I use 10v @ 30Hz for 8-12 hours.

Just as well you had 299 spares then...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

LMAO! If only it was that easy! Testing piezos is a draining experience. Constantly hearing pink noise through this things just knocks you out.
