And "Hi!" from no-Snow Florida Our roads do close a lot though but mainly due to construction and resurfacing. Constantly, it never ends.

Well, here in Canada we have two seasons, winter and road construction, sometimes they overlap. You can blame be, I am a civil engineer and I deal with road reconstruction a good chunk of the time.
