Google it,
There's a heap of different glues different people use.
Have you reconed before?

No, I haven't recone before.
That's the biggest problem. I have recone guideline from Emi - 3 different glues are used. I'm outsideof US (Ukraine), so I want to find alternative glues in my country

Use a cyanoacrylate glue. Should be available in woodworking shops etc. Or use 2 part epoxy, takes a lot longer to dry though.
It comes in different viscosity forms. Don't take the really thin one, to prevent it running everywhere.

Life is just a game, don't take it to seriously!

Not from personal experience, but I have been told that the solvents in those reconing glues are not good for your health. So work outside, or vent extremely well. Perhaps there are masks of some sorts that also help protecting you from the harmful solvents.

I've been away from reconing for awhile, the most recent JBL kit came with some kind of low strength latex based glue. The old kit literally peeled out of the basket without any scraping involved.
In the old days we used this:

Very strong stuff. It's fine if you have good ventilation; avoid breathing the fumes.
