Just played around with the pair of DR250s (Beta 10. Flat 10 array) I bought and cosmetically upgraded. Did some bass playing, and then threw on some iTunes music. They sound great! Thing is, switched back to the J15 (2515, Melded 20 array) and now I'm completely underwhelmed by the Jack. The Jack has more bass capability, but I didn't really miss it with the DR250.
I know, I know....BFM problems.
Anyone else had this experience?

By all other accounts sound quality is pretty even. Maybe you need to tweak EQ on jacks.
BAT10, Bad Auto Tuba. Reverse folded TAT to fit JBL 1014D, 350W driver, voltage limit unknown.

BFM Problems...hmm...that could be a good thread.
BFM Problems #2: Comparing two 21" wide T24s with my 24" dual loaded Table Tuba: When I was playing bass heavy music over the T24s, I really missed the extreme low frequency extension that the TT provided. It's comparing apples to oranges with pro vs. home equipment, though.
