Guitar Cabinets?

Ive still not made my O10 yet, but im already looking at another project aswell, im wanting to downsize my guitar rig from using a 4x12 cab to a 2x12 or 1x12.

Is there any "better" ways to build a guitar cab than just the typical front loaded type box?

How would something like the O12 Top work for guitar?

A number of members have mentioned trying various cabs with guitar, but so far none have reported back with results.
