Titan 39 - As a memorial

I've been slowly working through a build for a new church. OmniTop12's, my own stage monitors and a Titan 39.

Two weeks ago my wife passed away. I finished the sub, and turned it into a memorial for her, using some of her artwork as decoration. Since it will be wall loaded, the "back" is the feature. Now I can go visit every Sunday. The rest of the church is reclaimed pine so I was asked to do "old and distressed". The sun was her design, the butterfly mine, her initials form the wing eyespots. It's very touching that a place that gives you solace will still do so even more now, more reminders, more memories.

Thanks guys. She had a rough three years, but we got through it. Getting old ain't for wimps.

We fired up the sub this Sunday and I have to say I'm really pleased with the whole PA system. (We were using an old Tuba 24 rolled at 55Hz) I can honestly say most of the audience is effectively unaware of the PA system, which IMHO translates to "well done". I'm eventually gonna write up the whole system under the critique section. With just the single, wall loaded Titan, there's no shortage of bass at all. No feedback issues. We're still learning what the DriveRack can do so we'll continue to fine tune. Our two little Peavey power amps are cruising at half gain.

I lost my best friend a few months ago, so I can somewhat empathize.
