1/2" WBP Plywood
Hey went to my local wood suppliers all that they had that remotely came close to the wood required for to build an omni 15 was stuff called WBP plywood. (water boil proof) Its stuff used for building industry not the cabinet making industry. It's face had a brown colour and looking at the plys from the side it seemed to be of a lighter white colour. Does anyone have any idea what this stuff is and is suitable for building a cabinet?

This is the standard ply in my local but I used it to make my panel cutting jig, and it certainly wasnt void free, and it only had 5 plys, and the top ply is very thin and split when you put screws in it.
So its reasonably tough, but not really suitable for speaker cabs, if thats all you can get its almost better to use MDF IMO
