loctite pl vs lepage pl

So far I can't find loctite pl in any of the local stores, but I have found a construction adhesive called lepage pl. Does anyone know if this is an effective equivalent? I am in rural BC Canada by the way.

Same company, different name. Make sure it's PL Premium, they make more than one.
