I know nothing about this particular model but for the price for the brand it should be a great deal.. I own a Craftsman version of this one and a off brand and love them both. Cordless kind is lame since it ca die all the sudden. Anyway credit for this find goes to fatwallet.com user "farside".

That is a great price! I have the Milwaukee cordless version and love it. It does go throught the battery pretty quick though.

I have not been impressed with Rigid's battery longevity. I've gone through 2 sets of batteries for my 18V and 1 is starting to die again and I don't really use them hard. Bosch seems to be one of the best. FYI - the lithium batteries don't wind down like the Nicad - they just stop when they're discharged.
