Glassing Joint?

I know that glassing joint is not ideal. Is this possible that after panel 4 in T39 i will install the last panel and followed by panel 5,6,7,9,10,11 and my last panel is panel 8. Any ideas on how to proceed this way. I never had experience with fiberglass work. Is it okey that i will sandwich the joint with epoxy or i need to apply fiber cloth to the joints. thanks
