Phonic Mixers

Anyone know anything about these mixers? Good, bad or whatever.

My equipment vendor rep likes them. Nice features, good price.

We dont' get a lot of call for 16 channel mixers, so I haven't installed one yet.
99% of the time, things that aren't already being done aren't being done because they don't work. The other 1% is split evenly between fools and geniuses.

Interesting looking, does not look like they currently have a EQ built in but they are working on a firm ware revision for that.

Price is right: $1400.

Feature set is decent, as well.

Has the 4 band parametric EQ and compressor/gate/limiter on every input and output.

Has digital ouput, so you can run directly into a DEQ/DCX stack.

Automated faders too, so remote control should be possible.

Worth competitor to the Studio Live 16.4.2 and O1V96.
