For comparison, it's size is roughly that of two 4x12 guitar cabs.
jeez, what size are your guitar cabs! Haha. I'm assuming you mean the slim single 12 t60.

I can lift one of my t48s if necessary, but the dual t60, no way. Especially since I did the sides in 3/4 ply. (all I had left)
like subharmonc says the t60 is for uncompromising lows. The t48 handles anything else.
-1 for thought terminating cliches.

Built and/or own:
8 x T48 24" 3015LF
6 x DR280
2 x DR250 old style beta10
2 x T36s 20" delta15L
1 x TAT
1 x dual Lab12 30" T60

In Progress:
2 x DR280

4x12 cabs are generally around 30"x30", give or take an inch or two, which means two will be similar to a T60, excluding depth. So, yeah, they'd be similar in depth to a slim. A big T60 (2x12 or 1x15) is akin to the size of FOUR 4x12 guitar cabs, one stack behind the other! I sold my 4x12 cabs long ago due to size and weight. I can't even fathom having to haul something the size of four of them.

Can't think of the last time I "lifted" my T48's. With a greater length the T60 would easily be as tiltable. I roll T48's on a handtruck, would do the same with T60's. Would just be more difficult to see around. Stairs would be the only problem. I can get T48's up stairs on a handcart by myself but it takes some doing. Skid plates and built-in casters would probably make that easier as it's akward pulling them up stairs on a hand truck.
