That tester actually looks like a damn good Idea. I think I'll try and talk my boss into getting one then I'll post T/S data and see what thoughts are then. In the mean time I order 8 Lab 12's on Friday as well as a trip to Dunn Lumber too pick up 5-ply Baltic Birch^^ I was Thinking of Rhino Liner once they are assembled. Anyone done this?

Rhino fades and chips worse than Line-X. They're both far more expensive than Duratex, and you can touch up Duratex just like you apply it - on your own with a roller. You can touch up Rhino and Line-X with liquid electrical tape, but it doesn't look as good.
99% of the time, things that aren't already being done aren't being done because they don't work. The other 1% is split evenly between fools and geniuses.

I am not good with ply to thickness ratio. I was JUST reading the blueprints and saw this "little" mistake XD I will be triple checking everything I do with this build^^ I still want to do the 30" wide Duel lab 12" T60 but Im not sure they will fit in the van....I'm going to do some measurements and see what I come up with.

Thus far i did all my pro cabs with rustoleum truck bed liner. No chips in them yet, just scratches. Basically looks nice but the fumes are extreme. Unless you can cure the cab outside for a couple days in hot weather i wouldnt recommend it. The smell still continues for monthes after too but is not that bad.

So in the future i will use duratex just for the lack of smell. Rusoleum TBL may be $10 cheaper and can be rollered on but turns into a PITA IMHO. Read my t60 build post for the epic journey of fumes
2x T39, 1x T60, 1x THTLP, 1x AT(not built by me) 6x DR250
I need more bass

But this gal's built like a burlap bag full of bobcats

+1. A formulation intended for application to metal that stays outdoors isn't a good choice for application to wood that stays indoors. Bed liner is made for truck beds. DuraTex is made for speakers.
