Recommendations please - XTi + RTA software? DEQ? PA+?

Hi Folks,
Plan (means open to changes):
4-250s w/2510s
4-T39s w/3012s
XTi 4000 for subs (maybe total of 6 in future)
XTi 2000 dor DR250s (maybe total of 6 in future)
Indoor venues

What are your recommendations for EQing hardware?
A) RTA software + mic (mic amp) + EQ __?___
B) DEQ + mic
C) Driverack PA+, +mic
Is A) the bare minimum
Is B) what is needed
Is C) overkill

Think twice, Buy once!

I use a Driverack PA/mic. I really like it.
I used to use xti 4000's on subs but have just switched to Peavey IPR 3000. I think they sound significantly better.
