Thanks Mike. Tomorrow should be mounting everything and the batting and wiring the piezos, possibly installing them too. I'm so excited to hear these things. Been a very long time coming.
If you haven't heard the piezo arrays before, I think you'll get a smile. Just apply a little eq to tone done the top end on them and the cymbals and high hats will truly shimmer. Of course, the 120 degrees of dispersion doesn't hurt either
That should come in handy this weekend for another outdoor Farmer's Market I'm doing in our downtown area. I probably should have waited to paint them actually, as I'll be doing a little more for the array frame, plus a few more coats on it over all.

OK...major snag...driver sounds fine but the melded piezos are not working at all on either box. Any "go to" spots to begin trouble shooting? I'm going into the crossover, then W+ and W- to the woofer and T+ and T- to the tweeter array...

Thanks!

Gotta' be wiring in the crossover or the tweets. Post pictures of the wiring in both.

Try changing up wires after the crossover. Connect the woofer to the high passed and the tweets to the low passed section. This will let you know whether it is the array or the crossover.

If it is the array, most likely you connected the the leads to the where the series wire connects the too. If this is so, you're basically connect the two leads together and none of the output it going through the piezos.

Your problem is the jumper that runs from the front bank (looking at the picture) to the rear bank. The jumper is going from positive to positive - it should go from the last negative on the front bank to the to positive on the back bank.

You aren't completing the connection. You essentially have the plus on one side connected to the minus on the other without ever completing the circuit.

The signal goes from the + side on one bank then exits the - side of the piezo to go to the other bank's +.

Check the diagram again.

Maybe I'm missing something...it actually is going from + on the front bank to - on the rear bank. The + is on the left of the front piezos, the - is on the left on the rear bank (since they are reversed from the front view). Should the pins on the very end of the right side be connected?...that's a - on the front bank, + on the rear bank.

Yes!

Look down the wire on the near side tweets. The current wiring has the other side connected in parallel but not going anywhere. You need a path too ground. As it is the + and - are actually shorted out. You need to break that at the end of the array and then wire the two very end tabs so the crossing wire the two banks is on the wrong tabs.

When on the on the other tabs you have the one bank in parallel then the pass through the tweet to the other bank of tweets and then through those tweets to the other wire.

So the positives on the back bank should all be connected. Then the negatives on the back bank should be connected to the positives of the front bank. Then the negatives on the front bank should all be connected. Leads to the crossover unchanged.

Hope that makes sense

OK...I think it's OK now. The -'s on the front bank are now connected to the +'s on the rear bank and I cut the + lead going to the rear -. Everything else looks OK right?

Thanks guys for your help on these. Very much appreciated...this forum is awesome.

Red letters added to the quotes, and quote separated, to add a touch of clarity (hopefully).

Woohoo...the OT12's are pretty much done I believe. I only need to touch up a little paint, wire the 2+ and - on the speakons and maybe add a grill later this week...but they do play. I hope to set them along with the T30's in the yard this evening for a test. My first real gig should be the usual outdoors Farmer's Market again this weekend, which is a great venue to test them as being that it covers a pretty big area, playing into wide dimension instead of the long one.
