I cut the center butt cheek braces out of a scrap piece of ply, leaving a circle cutout. I was about to toss it, then grabbed the 1/8 ply, bent it and stuck it in the hole. I'll leave it there for a day, and it will make installation a snap. Easier than tying a rope around it. If you're doing 2 DR's you could use both cutouts and make a jig to hold the ply.
Also, a 5 gal bucket works well to prebend the plywood.
