Not really a fair comparison as the prices range from $160 - $500.
Out of the bunch, the Allen & Heath would be my choice, followed by the Soundcraft.

Both have sweepable mids and decent effects, along with tap tempo button for the delay.
The A&H adds 100mm faders + USB output and comes with Sonar LE for recording.

I have not had the opportunity to compare them directly.
I love Lexicon effects so that alone would sell me on the Soundcraft,
but A&H does a decent job on their effects also.

If the USB feature is of no interest to you, then go with the Soundcraft.
I'm sure you will be happy with it.

Maybe someone else will chime in here who has experience with both mixers.
