Thanks, I have read a few discussions about the 30" vs the 20" single drivers.
I contemplated over it for a long time. I just said enough with it and decided to build the 30" and see for myself.
Isn't the 3012 have more power capability over the delta? other than that there the same creature?

I'd go that extra mile and get the 3012lf if I were you. But if you already have the delta's then they'll do, but after building all my stuff my mantra is now that the simpler designs get beta's and only the slim titans/tubas get the smaller drivers when they must, but other than that, if you can fit the the best driver in there, then there are no others I would use(well unless that was the even a better driver).

Like always other things take priority.
I kind of stopped them to work on the DR's I got hanging over my head.
When I get them done, which could be just about a half day I will post them in the showcase and for a review. I will be using them along side my 20" T39's so they'll be some bass for sure dude.

The uni-brace is much more a no brainer IMO. All I have to do is keep a few panels flush on one side and I'm done.

Looks very clean I must say.
I made mine to fit together very tight.
IMO it is the way to go and I made a template. So any more I do will go that much faster.

Yup. Skill saw and a jig saw.
All ways dry fit these kind of pieces.
I was right on the line, no exceptions. I measured and remeasured so it could be a no brainer while putting it together.
IMO I would recommend building the uni-brace if you are building more than a pair or plan on building more down the road. Just don't misplace the template.

I made some head way on these the other day while waiting for some paint to dry........ ...........on another project.

Dr's are coming along nicely with, what I think will be a great hanging and stacking system.

Yikes, yall are scaring me. I have already purchased all the stuff to build two 26" wide duel 3012lf cabs. The plans say 26" is min I can go. I did think about makeing them 30". I have been assuming the duel 26" would be fine?

Build 'em single at 26" and if that doesn't blow you away.....build two more with the extra speakers.

I couldn't imagine mine any louder....I think two speakers in there would blow the plywood apart.

Extra width = considerably more performance for just the cost of the extra wood.

Why build bigger/heavier/bulkier duallies? Singles can be as narrow as 16"w, but it's wise to build them as wide as you can (depending on space).
