If you are planning to build cabs with arauco buy it now, due to the tragical earthquake in Chile the prices will raise.
The lumber yards and all the infrastructure are very damaged.

Same here, but not quite that high. AC project panels at Home Depot went up from $23 to $29.
Picked up two sheets of BB from the lumber yard for $21.20 each on Friday, though. Only went up by about a dollar.

I happened to be in Lowes the other day, and noticed the Arauco is about $30 a sheet now. I bought some in January for $26. Not sure if the price difference is due to the earthquake or just seasonal price changes.
