Dr 250 tweeter baffle
Dr 250 tweeter baffle
On my first pair I built the whole cab and then went to drill the 3" holes for the tweeter baffle. Oh crap! I forgot to take the screws holding the baffle together and had a heck of a time getting them back out. After you have the tweeter baffle and horn attached to BOTH the TOP and BOTTOM of the cab take any screws out of the baffle, and when you get to cutting the holes take the screws out of the top and bottom of the baffle too! This only applies with round tweeters (I think), but on my first pair I ended up spending $20 on 3" hole saws.
