Re: Jig for trimming plastic stackable corners?
The corners look silver, the cab looks battleship grey. Perhaps its because the photo is a tad light to show the shade of the cab. It also looks like the camera flash is highlighting the texture of the plastic quite a bit, making it look lighter than actual.

How long you had this on? Results?DJPhatman wrote:I use the black DAP® DYNAFLEX 230® Premium Indoor/Outdoor Sealant Leland used to sell. Just enough to hold the corners to the cab.

Use carefully, as it oozes everywhere. But, it works very well. Put a thin coat on the underside of the corner, install it with 1/2" screws, clean up any ooze. I have 1 cracked corner (happened this fall when "gorilla" step-son dropped my frozen O10!bzb wrote:How long you had this on? So are you using the Dynaflex to fill in all the empty space and add some extra density to the corner?DJPhatman wrote:Use carefully, as it oozes everywhere. But, it works very well. More like an adhesive backing to give extra bond and strength. But, yes it fills the gap.
The step-son is very ADHD/ADD. From the moment he wakes up, until late in the evening, he goes like a cartoon character. But he is also impatient. That's how he dropped my O10. In a rush, didn't have a good grip and slipped out of his gloved hand.
