PL Premium and ease of build

the first couple of T48's I built, it was a very difficult thing. I didn't get it that the PL premium glue held everything together, and I tried to put enough screws in it to hold everything. Also, being old-school, with the old white glue, a joint had to be perfectly flat and clamped tight, then it would be as strong as the wood you were gluing. Not so with PL, a small gap doesn't hurt anything or weaken the bond. I quit using screws almost altogether, and use a brad nailer sparingly, and let the PL do it's thing. I don't worry so much about small gaps, just make sure the PL fills them. The second two T48 are almost done, and now I might even think about building 4 more.

according to the label, it has no problem with a 3/8" gap, although I wouldn't want more than 1/16".
