Buy from Leland. Even with shipping, prices are better than Canadian and he will ship USPS. Duplicolor comes in gallon jugs and in a spray can that I use for hard to reach areas.

Neither are available in Canada. I had good results using Duplicolor truck bed lining. I purchased it from Canadian Tire. It gave a nice durable coat but is pretty volatile. You need to paint outside or in a well ventilated area.

I ended up making a 45 degree sled and used the table saw to make up any differences. It was a little tricky making the sled and I don't know if it was super accurate but it worked great.

I did the same and it worked great. Before you get to the last few panels screw on the side and bottom while leaving the back off. You can reach with a pencil to mark the exact location of at least one side of all the interior panels. Easier than using a trace sheet or drilling guide holes at the be...

Cutting Angles during assembly

On the T48 the drawing shows an angle of 56 degrees when joining panel 5 and 6. 56 is a little hard to cut on the table saw. Any reason I can't join them with both panels cut at 17 degrees similar to the joint between panels 2 and 3? Does the 56 degree panel provide that much extra strenght or is th...
