Re: David Stereo Floorstanders... "I Broke The Plans"
They look great. How big are the David's? Do you have a pic of them with something else in for scale?

Re: O15TB vs O10.5
your omni 10.5's appear to be carpeted and your o15tb looks painted. I'm almost to the finishing stage of my O10 and am agonizing over which finish to use! Which do you prefer? The O10.5's are carpeted as per the plans. The O15 is also carpeted, with the front panel painted. I added a rim to the O1...

Re: O15TB vs O10.5
Thanks for the kind comments all :D I think I'll stick with the Beta's. To me they sound great, and it is partially a financial decision as the Deltalites are a lot more expensive. btw - what's the Bass ? It's a very used Yamaha TRB 5 I think I got it in 1998/99 and have gigged it pretty much consta...

O15TB vs O10.5
I've just finished building a pair of O10.5's and spent last night using them, and again this morning playing with them together with my O15TB. So I thought I'd post some findings for those considering building/buying either of these cabs. CAB SPECS O10.5 Half size O10.5 option, standard width Loade...

hehe, I know what you mean Gerry, I'm building an O10.5 atm. I have absoluteley no need to - just enjoying doing it. (My excuse was that I had lots of bits left over) THe fane unit does look good, it kinda matches the Mid range horn and give a nice symmetry, although if you decide to put on a grill ...

Hi Gerry, on Dave's reccomendation I used the above horn, it's similar but not the same as the Selenium one, and saved me a fortune Purely about price and sourcing, the Fane one was around £5 where as to get a Selenium one imported (from France I think) would have been about £50 ! There is a thread ...

yeah it really is a fantastic design. I'ev gigged it quite a few times now, and it always atracts attention. Usually for the looks, and then they hear it :) and you get a different kind of attention. Playin at a Funk night on Friday people were commenting on how good the system sounded and that they...

I htought ld update this reivew as last night I did my first gig with the O15. And what a difference. It was a small Pub/Club gig (about 250 - 250ish people) so the PA was vox, horns, keys, percussion but anymore would have been driving it a little to hard. So the bass was all down to me. The Sound ...

Thanks for the kind words every one, I really am over the moon with this cab. Cool. I've been considering the O15TB as a drum fill monitor. Any thoughts? I really have no Idea I'm afraid I've only used this with my bass, although I have no doubt it would function well through PA as it really is full...

Omni 15TB Review
Hi, Over the course of the last month I've been building an Omni 15TB for use as a bass cab, I went with the recommended drivers, including the Compression driver. Before this I was playing through either a Peavey BX 1x15 or a Trace Elliot 4X10, depending on whether I could be bothered to lug the de...
