Omni 15 full range build x2

Hola folks,
It's been a while since my last build on here. My last project was for a friend for whom I've built a jack 210 as a bass rig. That was 7 years ago. He still uses it to this day.
My return is for a personal project. I'm eyeing the Omni 15 full range. I want to build this NOT as a bass cab , but as a speaker for a man cave. Actually 2 of them.

I've been wanting to purchase a pair of Cornwall IV's for years and then I remembered that Bill had a similar looking speaker with similar dimensions. The Omni 15. My question to the forum is can I use these in similar fashion? They literally look like the same footprint and Frequency response with Bills cab having a better bass response(go figure lol). I already have an old school Sumo class A amp and the matching preamp for this project.

Any insight will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Sam

You can use them for this, but I wouldn't. Separate subs and mains work better, as it allows optimal placement of each, which is almost never in the same place.

Appreciate the response Bill. My room for this implementation is a 22 x 28 foot space. It's basically a home bar with pool table, dart board etc. What would you recommend for a space that size that would really jam hard. Even if it's more than I need. We usually get 15 to 25 people over on Saturdays. We're all in our late 40's to mid 50's and are the old school night club folks.
Would something like the Omni top 15's with a tuba sub work?

Thanks,
Sam

Was also looking at your Otop 8's as a possibility for mains.

Top 8s along with a T39 would put most clubs to shame.
