THTLP Build Error

Hi all,

I'm not sure how it happened, but when I installed panel 2, the long side where it meets panel 1 got offset by 1/8". This joint ends up 13.625" instead of 13.5" from the top edge. This changes the angle of panel 2 wrt panel 1 from ~7 degrees to ~5 degrees. The edge where it meets panel 4 is in the right place.

I can roll with this and adjust the baffle braces and panel 4's miter to keep everything sealed and square. But this seems like it might be on the outside edge of the sort of errors that the design is tolerant to, so I wanted to ask!

I think I can remove panel 2 at this point, but it would be ugly. What do you think? Is this error likely to have any significant affect?

Thanks!

Andrew

No worries, it's too slight to have much effect.
