David - How does it compare?
David - How does it compare?
I have a pair of Klipschorns in my office that I am very fond of and I anticipate someday retiring and not having those dedicated corners to pair up with the horns. So I wonder how close a pair of David’s would be to the experience of the Khorns. Anyone care to make the comparison from your experience?

Re: David - How does it compare?
I’ve no experience with either Khorns or Davids (although my speakers are Klipsch La Scalas with THTLPs and my name is David), but …
1) the David page https://billfitzmaurice.info/David.html indicates that the David’s are less efficient that the Khorns (95 dB/1W@1m versus 105 dB/1W@1m for Khorn AK3s).
2) the David is considerably smaller than a Khorn (48x15x15 versus 53x31x28)
The two speakers are quite different.
