Simplexx 10 Driver

Hi, driver question for ya'll. I've read the faq but I still had a question regarding these two drivers. Looking at the plans, the beyma seems to match the specs and at $75 it fits my budget too.

On the other hand this driver seems to fit the specs as well.. except its just shy of the Fs range. It's a small discrepancy, what would the trade off be if used this one. At $40 it's peaked my interest. I know you get what you pay for in these drivers, but if it sounds good...
