PMs not sending?

Seems PMs I submit are getting stuck in my Outbox and not sending. Is there an issue with the site or is it something on my end?

PM copies remain in your outbox until you delete them. It doesn't mean they weren't sent.

Also, they'll show in your outbox until they're opened. Once they're opened by the recipient, they won't show in the outbox anymore.
