RTA set up

Doing an RTA on my DR200s, DEQ 2496, questions about distance, mic placement etc.

Out doors of course, is it ok to have the back side of the DR 10 feet away from a building or should it be farther.
Just setting up the DRs as the subs aren't being eq'd in this setup. How high should the DRs be, on top of the tripods that they are mounted on ok?
How far away should the measurement mic be and how high off the ground.
A target curve? thinking of a gradual high end roll off

thoughts appreciated.

The whole point of the RTA process is to make 'em sound good to the folks out front listening. So, put the speakers at the height that you'll be running them and put the mic at head height where the ears are. I always took it back 20 feet or so.
