Is it okay to elevate my standing 4 titan39 30" to 6 ft above the dance floor, reason is that the venue an outdoor basketball court is full of people, I don't want to add subwoofer since its very rare to have this large crowd.

If you want to lose a whole lot of volume, then go ahead. The boundary loading by being on the ground is substantial.

Thanks Bruce for quick reply, I just wondering if the bass spl is much better in the rear when elevated than on the ground because people blocked the sub and i am afraid that the rear had very low spl.

The wavelengths for the frequencies coming from the subs are very long.....I doubt bodies are going to have much impact. Your mains? Yes you want them up.
