Texas Highschool Football sound cart

I've been wanting to post this question for a while.
Our local high school athletic booster club has this ATV setup for mobile sound reinforcement at all the events, football, baseball find raising etc.

This is a combination of good ol boy and a car stereo shop collaboration so while you might hurt done feelings they won't be mine.

It has 2 Wet sounds REV 10's (think Eminemence Beta 10) for PA and a 12" ish looking Polk powered home theater sub. The amps are both 12v for the PA and 120v for the sub.

It plays to a very small crowd at a baseball game or fund raiser sub 100 people to the entire crowd of a D4A football game several thousand.

It's used for them songs, sound effects after touchdowns, walkup songs etc. The stadium announcers are not on this system.

The board members of the booster club want more output at the football games. At full tilt it lacks the clarity and output to be heard clearly across the entire home bleachers.

I don't have solid dimensions of the bed but I have played with drawing some dual tubas or at least double loaded single and some DR200 tops built in some cubes
That could be left attached or deployed on stands.

It can be wider and taller than the ATV but it has to fit into the enclosed trailer that stores and transports it.

As far as power the amps can be either voltage, 12 or 120 there are two generators that accompany the rig. In my ideal setup we would put the generators on a rack off the front to help balance the weight distribution.

So given the parameters are there any suggestions as to what would be a ideal setup?
This will likely be constructed on a volunteer basis so easier to assemble would be good, but more output is preferred.

Does it all have to fit on the cart, or is a trailer an option?

What's the maximum length to fit in the transport trailer?

It really needs to. It's a one man deployable cart that changes hands year to year and sport to sport as the various kids graduate and different fathers take over responsibility.

I don't have any form dimensions but if I get a concept I'll measure for fitment.
I was estimating a 4'x4'x4' cube would work but that might not be true.

A pair of J15s perhaps.. easy to build. Possibly add an outboard T39 if more LF is needed.

From the virtual showroom I was thinking two side by side T45's with 2 DR200s on top.

I haven't really mocked that up on the ATV but I would think that would meet the required output.

I think the theory was to have the 2nd set of tops store in the front of the rear set, either via hinge mechanism or physically relocate and have latch locations to secure the cabs.

Yes I am but output is output, this rig has some constraints but I usually consider all options.
This is not a paying gig, not even for a music venue honestly.

I'm open to all ideas.
