Sketchup vs Plans : DR200 throat horn supports

The sketchup differs from the plans when it comes to the rectangular cut out in the 12mm ply throat horn supports.

As i had these parts CNCd from a file made from the sketchup half of mine have a 1 3/4" wide cut away and the other half have a 2 " inch wide cut away. None of my throat horn supports have the 1 1/2" cut away stated in the plan.

can i go ahead and use my mismatched pair ? or should i make up new ones ?

Many thanks,

Kairos

The sketchup can't differ from the plans as the plans diagrams were taken from the sketchup. The size of the holes doesn't matter, all they do is to vent the main rear chamber into the reflectors.

The sketchup does in fact differ from the plans, which in my copy says the sides of that part should be 1¼", resulting in a 1 3/4" wide hole. In the sketchup one side is per the plans and the other side has 1 1/8" sides, leaving a 2" wide hole.

I agree, use 'em. Different but not any issue.
