Is the TLAH line array 6 mid and 9 tweeters good to use in a very small church?
The file states for 9 feet and greater, use the 6x9 version.
The church volume is 10' wide by 30' depth by 8' high.
What small sub-woofer will work for this room size?
Is there a good way to hang the speakers to avoid using speaker stands?

Yes, TLAH would be great.mechatronic wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 3:21 pm Is the TLAH line array 6 mid and 9 tweeters good to use in a very small church?

Sort of impossible to answer without knowing what you want to put through the sub (in terms of content).mechatronic wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 3:21 pm The church volume is 10' wide by 30' depth by 8' high.

But you own a T24 right?
Use that once the TLAH(s) are up to aid in sub assessment.
Look up the term French cleat...mechatronic wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 3:21 pm Is there a good way to hang the speakers to avoid using speaker stands?
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

10 feet by 30 feet? One 2x6 SLA Pro per side and your T24. Or a single 4x6 SLA Pro center mounted......That is a tiny room and needs very little to get very loud.mechatronic wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 3:21 pm Is the TLAH line array 6 mid and 9 tweeters good to use in a very small church?

Re: TLAH line array for church
Thanks for the advice!!!
For two 6x9 TLAH, is 200W amplifier sufficient for the power supply task?
Each Goldwood mid four inch woofer is rated at 40W RMS and 70W max.

For that space - 200 watts is plenty. You'll never get close to using it all. 200 watts at 8 ohms is 40 volts. My OT12s never see that much outside playing for 500 people.mechatronic wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 3:17 pm Thanks for the advice!!!

TLAH uses either 8 or 9 midbasses, not 6. SLA has a 6 midbass option.mechatronic wrote: ↑Thu Sep 21, 2023 3:21 pm Is the TLAH line array 6 mid and 9 tweeters good to use in a very small church?
