36” T48

These are big. Really big. The width of the panels requires even more care and “persuasion” to deal with warping. I don’t own any fancy tools and build in the garage.
This is not my first build, and not the first max width build either. However, I think it will be my last pair of 36”s. I’ll add more 24” cabs as needed.

That build looks very good to me.
You are dealing with the warping in the prescribed way, lots of clamps and some straight battens.
Honestly, your shop is far better equipped than anything I can hope for. Nice drill press.

You can never own enough clamps…
Lots of filling, sanding, and finishing to go.
Second side is usually about the halfway point.

As info: this is Auraco ply. I obviously prefer BB, but it’s nearly unobtanium right now and about $75 a sheet here. The Auraco was not exactly cheap either but available.

These are for outside festivals. When these two are done I’ll have a total of 12: 4 x 36”, 4 x 24”, 4 x 18”.
