Hi guys. I am planing to build the Omnitop 8 X3 for LCR. Already got 6x D220Ti 1" and 6x Fane Sovereign 8-225 for drivers. My question is- will the pre built Dayton Audio XO2W-2K 2-Way Speaker Crossover 2,000 Hz work sufficiently as crossovers? Whath would be the difference compared to the diy crossover suggested in the plans, besides the steeper curves?

I know it’s not pre built, but buying the parts for the right crossover from Leland would be the same price as that Dayton crossover

Just wondering.....why buy a driver that can operate much lower then the specified crossover point and pay a premium for it if you aren't going to use the ability of that driver? The ASD1001B is half the price and does what it's supposed to with the crossover in the plans.
Also, that crossover you referenced will handle 4 ohms for the woofer, but the high pass is for 8 ohms. The OT8 has a 4 ohm tweeter section.
As suggested - get the parts and build the crossover or order one from Leland at Speakerhardware.com.

Good points. I will buy the designated crossovers for them. I already had 3 D220Ti so i bought 3 more.
