I was wondering whether I can crossover a tuba at 400hz instead of 200? The eminence driver should be capable as per their specifications although I don't know what the effect on the cabinet will be. Thanks!

You shouldn't even run a sub to 200Hz, as that's well into the directionally locatable frequencies. I'd take it no higher than 100-120Hz.
