Hi, did someone build a Titan 48 in 89" but with only 1x15 ? i need plans but Bill send me the plans about T48 but in 62 cm not 89 with 1x15

Just to clarify: 18" (inches) is 45.7 cm. 36" is 91.4 cm. You've got to keep your eyes on the units.

If you bring up the SketchUp model, you can change the unit of measurement, but it does yield rather uneven numbers. I have found it easier to just get a steel ruler with inches on one side, and metric on the other.

If I had to build in mm/cm, I'd print the plans, go through them, convert every measurement off the bat, and hand write the conversion into the plans. It's not too dificult.

To convert fraction to decimal, divide the top number by the bottom number.

To convert inches to mm, just multiply by 25.4.

Example: 48 7/8"
7 divided by 8 = 0.875
48.875 inches x 25.4 = 1241.4mm

Would probably take less than 15 minutes to convert every dimension in the plans and be ready to read through them the recommended 2nd time. Might even double check my math the 2nd time through.

Or just type xxx inches into Google and it will respond with an inches to cm table. Just type in the inch measurement and it will give you the cm......without all that pesky math.
