Help crossover settings.

#1 Post by philrev »

Someone change my crossover point, disabled my limiter and resulting to 3 titan39 lab12 defective. I had only 1 t39 left working.
I forget the crossover settings on midrange and high frequency. I use bunker bpd1 processor active with an 1 amplifier for sub, 1 amp for deltalite 2512, 1 amp for asd1001 mixed with peizo. Help me also with voltage settings with on each driver. Lesson learned set password on your processor.
Thank you in advance and Happy New Year!

Limit for the Lab 12 in a T39 is 55V
Build in process - 2 WH6, one Alpha 6a loaded, one PRV Audio 6MB250-NDY loaded

Two 2x6 shorty SLA Pro's
One T39, 16", 3012LF loaded
Tall AutoTuba, 20" wide, 2x 8" MCM 55-2421
TruckTuba, 8½" wide, 2x 8" MCM 55-2421

You might want to play around with slope types eg LR, BW, but minimum setting initially should be 24dB/octave, down to 48dB/octave

Subs: High pass at 40Hz if using 4. Limit to 55V
Low pass at 100hz to start with.

I'm assuming bi amp'ed
Tops: Mids High pass 100Hz
Low pass 2K
Limit to say 40-45V

HF: High pass 2K
Low pass 16K
Limit to, I dunno, say 15V, should distort before you get to that....
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

Once you get it reset. Copy the settings to another scene and name it Master....then go back and work off the first scene. That way, you always have your master settings saved, but not being used....just inc case you have to fall back.

As Foghorn Leghorn said, "I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency."

6 - T39 3012LF
4 - OT12 2512
1 - T24
1 - SLA Pro
2 - XF210
