what makes a bass horn long throw, compared to a reflex sub? Doesn't all sound drop at 6db per doubling of distance?
how do horn subs defy this? :feedback:

Horns are not long throw. The only speakers that don't drop at 6dB are line arrays, which drop at 3dB within their near field.
