Plywood needed for WH10

Hi,

My drummer wants a monitor that he can run bass and kick through and I suggested a WH10. Trying to estimate costs for him. Can someone tell me approx how much plywood it takes? I have a rough estimate on the other items.

Thanks!

Build a T24 with the internal passive crossover and put one of the W8s on top. It will sound much better and give him the ooomph that he's looking for.

I did that using a passive radiator with a 12 and it's great.

Save the plywood altogether.

Put a tactile transducer on his throne. Drive it with one amp channel low-passed at 100Hz.

Both great ideas but he's really looking for just one box. He likes the vocals through my W8 but would like it better if he had kick and bass in the monitor.

So anyone have an estimate on the plywood?

Thanks!

The layout sheet in the plans show that it can be built with 1 sheet of either 5x5 or 4x8.

I just finished a WH10 build. One sheet of 5x5 BB will do it.
