I dont know if there is any other posts regarding this, i could not seem to find them.
But.
I am planning to build a 100Hz low-pass filer and have calculated a 2.Order Lowpass filter for 8Ohm with a Coil of 18mH and a Cap of 140uF but it needs to run a 500W driver, HOW do i calculate the minimum Voltage for the cap, and how do i find out which type of coil to use, and which gauge to use?

Specs on the Erse site. 14ga coil, 100v cap. You could use a 250v poly cap, but at 140uf it's going to be pricey.

That, and their ineffectiveness compared to bi-amping, is why you should reconsider use passive filters. Plus you also need high pass filters for the tops.

Yeah, i chose to run them on two seperate 4-channel amplifiers and going for 4-Ohm drivers instead of 8Ohms

a small note for the price:
a C-coil and capacitor matching the required specs did suppesedly cost about 250$ pr filter..
