I am finally starting my TLAH build. What is the smallest recommended hole size or the GT-302 tweeter? I am planning to rear mount them and hit the front with a 3/8 round over bit. I tried a 1 3/4" hole saw and didn't like the way it looked. So would 1 1/2 or 1/4 be ok?

What have others used?

I don't have that tweeter, but, I would suggest sizing the hole to whatever the tweeter opening is regardless of it's faceplate.

I think I will go with 1 1/4". The actual tweeter opening is 1 1/8"
