Hi
Can someone advise if Bill's jig plan includes making corner bevels of 45 degrees for amp enclosure making?
Thanks

Not sure what you mean by corner bevels....???
Be a little more specific in what you are trying to do.

What?
Whatever you're talking about, I'm gonna say no.

I am building amp boxes and am having difficulty obtaining good 45 degree bevel (miter) cuts
so the boxes look like they are on drugs

Are said boxes going to bare wood with clear/stain? If not, then just make square cuts then glue and nail it. I assume you're rounding over the corners, too?

Two things Wayne: 1/ make sure the push fence is
exactly square to the blade. 2/ make sure that the blade is
exactly 45 degrees. You can get close using a combination square, or a
digital angle gauge.

The near impossibility of the average home woodworker to cut precise 45 degree angles for mitered joints is why we don't use them.
