Nice handle! That is the first time that I have seen that on a horn sub.

Did you report allready report back somewhere else or can you give your opinion about this Omnes Audio W8-670Z driver?Chris_Allen wrote:I've just ordered 4 of these drivers, I'll report back on their build quality compared to the Tang Band when I get them.

Thanks! I had a sturdy plastic handle laying around and mounted it so it wouldn't be in the way of anything. Worked out great. The TAT is very easy to move around thanks to it.Tom Smit wrote:Nice handle! That is the first time that I have seen that on a horn sub.
It really is. But Michael Ewald Hansen on this forum is the one to blame for that. I've just swapped drivers and added a handle. Here is his presentation of the TAT: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=19634&hilit=TATChris_Allen wrote:That's a fine looking build.

Not had chance to build more T18's yet - 2018 might be a good year.Think wrote: Did you report allready report back somewhere else or can you give your opinion about this Omnes Audio W8-670Z driver?

Still going strong my little EU driver. Part of a nano PA system now days serving as a sub for two 3" fullrange Eminence drivers in a sealed enclosure. Jaw droppers!

I eyeballed that amp for a while. Thought it would be perfect for 4 Wedgehorn 6/8's. How do you like it?

Thanks Seth!
It's noisy, but I order a pair of Noctua fans and wired them in series (for 24V) and have not had any issues with noise nor overheating. It's a cheap amp, but great for the money. Bet it would work just fine with 4-8 wedges.
