I see that partsexpress has a great deal on a sub amp. Will this be enough to push a table tuba with a single MCM 55-2421? Will I run out of amp?

Read the specs? It's rated 100w into 1 ohm. That's 25w into 4 ohms, so it's not even worth the closeout price.
