As I was finishing up the OT12, putting in the melded array, the diffuser I noticed was loose from the bottom 3 pairs of horns. Any suggestions on what is the better glue/method to reattach it? Model glue, super glue, PVC cement?

+1
There are "temperature grades" of hot glue. Get the "high temp" version. Do NOT get any on your skin...do NOT wipe any drips or "strings" with your hands....it is crafting napalm!

I'm familiar with hot glue (used all the time in the flower shop). I hadn't thought of that. But, I would like to keep it neater looking than a dab of glue. I'll have to practice my dabbing.

And THAT'S why you put grills on 'em.

I use 2 part epoxy. Only a few days ago I had quite a bendy wooden diffuser due to warping

After applying the epoxy and clamping overnight, it's totally solid. I wasn't expecting it to hold as the bend was so great, but it's absolutely solid.

Just wanted to say, a thick version of super glue worked well.

I added my diffuser later after building my cabs.I cut and angled them according to the 3 degree splay in my cabs.I glued them in and added a screw at the top and bottom.
