If You've got a trailer, you might want to do this.....

I really like my 6x10 trailer with the ramp in back. Only issue is getting over the hump of the ramp, then the crevice between the ramp and trailer floor.
Sooooo......a little modification was in order. I'm sure some of you have already done this or have bought these, but for those who haven't, here's how you can fix these two issues yourself....
For the ramp - Two pieces of leftover BB glued and screwed together with a 2x4 cap on the end. I could have just let the BB hit the ground, but I figured with time it would get torn up. I had to order the hinge from Amazon - about $50 shipped.
I was trying to figure you some kind of hinged cover for the crevice between the ramp and trailer floor on day.....just happened to have some leftover BB strips 60 inches long. Started laying in the hole and voila! Glued and screwed together....didn't even make a single cut. Forgot about the hinge - I just throw it in there and it's perfect.

And if you've got little kids or grandkids, you might want to do this too...
There are three fly points. Paint has started today. It will hang from a 30 foot limb in the backyard.
One of these was built for my kids by their grandfather, but it was 25 years old.....so SHMBO ordered a new one for the grandkids.

Once again I am in awe of you ingenuity and general skills. Some day I will get some Weldy points to add to my (yet to be gained) Harley award

I don't do anything special.....measure twice, cut once. And if that doesn't work, get a bigger hammer.

The units that will be aboard the plane producing sound have a small mouth, but the volume is ample.

Here's a little update on the swing....
A little dark, but you can see how long the chain is - it's a long arc.

The critters should be here in a few minutes to give it a test flight.

5 yr old loved it. 3 yr old liked it.....
The important part is that mawmaw got the swing she asked for. So, that's off my list.
