I often forget how big the THTLP is!
Have you built any other cabs before?

I have built other things, but I just got the DIY speaker bug and this is my first one.

Does anyone have some advice on T-nuts? Bill's instructions call for machine screws, lock washers and nuts. If I am understanding the plans correctly, then there would be no way to get the driver out after cabinet was completed. I found locking

and high strength

T-nuts at McMaster-Carr.

BTW, the mounting holes on the driver are 6.35 mm / .250 inch.

Advice on T nuts:
I would have posted a link to the thread from Harley about putting them in, but can't find it!
Make sure they are installed square to the hole, with epoxy underneath. Also insert one small screw into the space between prongs to prevent them from ever spinning.
After the epoxy is set, chase the threads with appropriate sized tap to ensure the threads are clear...
Hope this helps

'lock washers' and 'lock nuts' are two different things... you just want normal t-nuts not locking ones... but you do want lock washers, which are washers with teeth on them to help the bolt bite in and not move at full tension.

Follow the plans and use screws. TNuts are a PITA as they have a tendency to strip and cross-thread far too easily.

OK, so sometimes what I read is not the same as what is printed on the page... Bill's plans refer to allen head screws and lock washers. I read machine screws and nuts. Wood screws and lock washers sound much simpler.
I installed a couple more panels on Sunday.

Hello all. I got the baffle and the braces behind it installed today. Had to wait on the driver to arrive to measure it properly. I have a question on mounting the driver. The gasket around the driver is like 1/2 - 5/8 thick. How much do I compress that when I install the driver?

Compress the gasket enough to get an air-tight seal. Sanding the surface smooth where the gasket touches the baffle wood will go further towards a non-leaking gasket then over-tightening will.
