Great job! All the panels appear to be dead-straight. Fine worksmanship! Got a question about the Klipsch's; I've never seen "PA speaker-looking" Klipsch's before. The only Klipsch speakers I've seen have looked like either fine furniture (older, huge boxes) or typical "stereo speakers" you'd find in Best Buy. Would you tell us a little about the ones in your pics? They certainly look like they blow your head off from 20 feet away...I'm thinking of the old Maxell commercial, with the guy sitting in a chair, in front of a speaker, getting blown backwards....this one:

The klipsch speakers are industrial La Scalas. They are the industrial version of the standard La Scala. They are finished in a fiberglass finish and have aluminum edge trim so they don't get beat up by being hauled around by DJ's, bands ect. The woofer is rated for 200 watts where as the standard La Scala is only 100 watts. My best friend bought these new in 1978, he owned them until 2005 when he passed away. I bought them at his estate sale along with his Hafler DH500 power amp.

Thanks for the details on your mains. This is a very nice way of not only remembering your friend, but keeping some amazing speakers up and running. They look almost new! It's obvious your friend took great care of them and you continue to do so. Enjoy your system!

If you could resize the picture of the THT alone so that the upper and lower corners aren't cut off I'd like to put it on the catalog page.

Hi Bill. That's cool that you want to use the picture of my THT, but unfortunately when i took the picture i cut of the top and bottom. (Real shutterbug... i know) so i don't know if there is anything i can do about it.

Take another picture stat. This doesn't happen every day.
Nice job!
